Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Go to Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be

Returns Policy
At Doggy-Demands we are committed to
giving you the best possible products, prices and service.
Should any product purchased from Doggy-Demands be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the www.doggy-demands.co.uk website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to Doggy-Demands within 7 days of delivery of the product.
In the event of a customer purchasing an item from Doggy-Demands mistakenly and through no fault of Doggy-Demands, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to Doggy-Demands unused and in saleable condition. we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
